This is a stunning house and probably unlike any you’ll find. The woodwork, the wallpaper and the ceiling decorations are beautiful and artistic. They’ve taken great pains to restore this beautiful Victorian Home. It’s also in a great neighborhood and we walked around the neighborhood and to many great restaurants not far away.

We had a wonderful time at this space. It was perfect for our unique purposes and the host couldn't have been more responsive, friendly and eager to help. The space was wonderful and we won't hesitate to book again next time we are in town.

Beautiful, one-of-a-kind place! This magnificent home was built in 1893. I can’t imagine anybody replicating such a house today. The details, style, and landscaping make one feel as though they are living in a museum. Thank you, Parker, for sharing your home! Robert K. Massachusetts

Great location in Alameda in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of choices for cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops within walking distance. It is an old home but it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. Our group spent lots of time on the front porch and the living room just relaxing. The house itself is an architectural delight. The walls of each room had ornate designs and the ceilings had intricate pieces. I feel like I found something new and interesting to look at every day. In addition, Parker was a flexible and communicative host. He was responsive and available in case we had any issues during check-in up till the end of our stay.

I highly recommend this home. Why stay in a regular home when you can experience a piece of history and feel what it felt like to live in an 1890's Victorian home. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside, with each room exquisitely wallpapered. The details and extra touches throughout this home were amazing. So cool!
