Follow us @Staying.Arizona Kitchen Our home has a full kitchen, stocked with all the essentials from making morning coffee to preparing full meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for use include a blender, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, Pyrex containers for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels and sharp knives. The oven + stove is still an original gas stove from 1921. Bathrooms The home has two bathrooms, the main bathroom sits in the middle of the house with an original claw foot bathtub. There is a large vanity for getting ready and plenty of storage. The second bathroom is off of the kitchen, with a stand up shower. Enjoy the use of the included hair dryer in each bathroom and fluffy towels. Off of the pool area there is an outdoor shower as well, fully stocked with bath goodies and towels. We are happy to have all shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Master Bedroom We know sleep is important! Our master bedroom offers a king bed with memory foam mattress and soft hotel quality sheets. Enjoy the bedside reading lights to cozy next to with your favorite book. The closet has plenty of storage for your belongings. Second Bedroom The second bedroom includes a king size memory foam mattress with the same soft sheets! You will also find a smart T.V. to enjoy your most enjoyed programs + a closet with plenty of storage. Third Bedroom We have a third bedroom that host a singe queen bed with well appointed bedding and the softest blankets to cozy up too. There is no closet in this room, but it's functional for a suitcase to be placed on a provided luggage rack. Perk of this room is the attached remodeled shower bathroom. WIFI + Workspace We offer high speed internet, if you plan on working from home. We have plenty of workspaces in this craftsman home with lots of natural lighting. There is also a table and chair on the front porch with an electrical outlet if you choose to sit outside. Entertainment The home has two smart T.V's. Please access any apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime and others with your own login. Noise Quite Hours are from 9pm-9am. They are enforced. If you receive a noise complaint you will forfeit your deposit. Laundry Our home comes with a washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use during your stay. Backyard Where to begin!!?? The backyard is huge. Off of the East side of the Craftsman is a large brick courtyard with a table and chairs for six guests and cantina lights to set the mood. The pool is protected with a mesh fence and has comfortable seating on the deck. The hot tub is set at 98 degrees, you may turn it up or down upon arrival. Parking Our home comes with ample parking in the driveway and free street parking. As a guest you will have full access to the bungalow, backyard, pool + private porches. FAQs... Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs? - No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks, so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you we recommend booking an additional night to your stay. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - Yup! MONTHLY STAYS during May through September (28 days or longer): 1. Discount: Monthly discounts are included in the quoted rate when you enter your dates. You will not see it as a separate line item. Compare the nightly rate for your stay of 28+ days to any single night's rate and you'll see the difference. 2. Complimentary Cleaning: Any reservation of 28 days or longer receives one complimentary mid-month cleaning for each month booked. The cleaning fee charged at time of booking is for the cleaning after your stay. While we do offer mid-month cleaning, it is expected that you'll keep our home tidy. Guests will be responsible for washing linens and keeping our home clean on a regular basis. More frequent cleanings may be purchased at a discounted rate. 3.
