A fantastic place, good location with good amenities nearby. Lydia has thought of everything and the property is well kitted out and nicely presented. Great for families with a travel cot and board games which went down well! Would definitely recommend and would consider staying again if we’re back in the area.

A great location and property. The apartment was terrific and beautifully kept. Any query was very quickly answered. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Bodmin area.

Lovely flat in the centre of town. Very well equipped and lots of space for the 3 of us. Don't forget to bring tea-towels.

Lydia's place is a lovely apartment with great access to some beautiful towns in Cornwall. We stayed with our two young children and had plenty of space, games and books to keep us entertained. The only downside is that towels are not supplied however this is made clear in the description. Would absolutely stay again next time we're in Cornwall
