Total Seclusion was a wonderful location for a family vacation, both peaceful and beautiful!! We had 13 family members and pets with plenty of room. Upon arrival, the welcoming committee of three deer was a delight for my grandchildren!! Wildlife we continued to see throughout the week. The Paddleboards and kayaks were a hit. We rented a boat for a couple of days, which was delivered right to the dock. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor games as well as the firepit, which we used all but one day due to rain. The outdoor cooks absolutely loved the Blackstone. Travis was responsive to questions and requests for information. The only downfall was the lack of firewood upon arrival, but we got through. If you are looking to stay in the St. Germain area, I would highly recommend Total Seclusion. I would absolutely return!! It is a great location, close to town, yet feels like you are forever away.

St. Germain and Total Seclusion were great - the area is beautiful and so peaceful! We enjoyed the kayaks and fun around the fire pit~ Our family loves cooking together and enjoyed the coziness of kitchen and dining area. Lovely views of the lake from the cabin. Travis was easy to communicate with and very helpful! The only downside was that there was not a beach area for our 3 year olds to play on and play in the sand. Enjoyed all of the wildlife!

Total Seclusion is an AMAZING place!!! Travis our host was extremely responsive & provided thorough rundowns of amenities, local activities and more. A local caretaker is on staff in case minor repairs or issues arise. Property is very private, wildlife is abundant & the view of the water is stunning. Cabin is very spacious & includes all the amenities to make your group feel right at home. The lake itself is a northwoods gem. Ideal for fishing, jet skis, tubing, swimming & sunset cruises on the boat. We even took advantage of docking on a few of the islands & swimming around the shoreline. Just minutes from downtown Saint Germain & roughly 20 minutes from both Eagle River & Minocqua. Restaurants, shops, parades/festivals, golfing, go-carts, horseback riding & more are all at your fingertips. The ONLY downfall for our group was that there are an abundance of stairs leading down to the water & a lack of common seating on the dock. Zero complaints besides that & we plan to stay again.

Travis was very responsive when we had any questions! The location was great! It was nice and peaceful but also close enough to the grocery store and restaurants. We had three families and our parents stay in the cabin (15 total). We had plenty of room for everyone and we had such a wonderful time. There were a ton of games available to use when it was raining and the kids really enjoyed kayaking and the stand up paddle boards! The only problem we had was we didn’t get to do everything this trip! Something to save for next time!! We all cannot wait to come back to Total Seclusion again!!

Very comfortable for our large party and Travis was a great host. It was really nice to take advantage of the lake and boat rentals nearby.
