Please ask if you have visitors who want to stay, as the maximum is 5 people sleeping in the property. The house is on 3 levels. Downstairs on the garden level there is a kitchen, dining area & relaxing/tv area & football table. At road level you’ll find the sitting room, bedroom with 2 single beds, shower with toilet & washbasin, & a large balcony to the rear overlooking the garden, lake & mountains. Upstairs there is a another toilet with washbasin, and a bedroom with a king size bed & 1 single beds, suitable for children. The gîte has its own garden with plunge pool, terrace & bbq. The house has central heating. Each bedroom has a floor standing fan. There is a hairdryer in the drawer below both washbasins. Bedding & towels, are supplied. We also have super high speed fibre.
