Quaint house only a couple blocks from the beach. We felt right at home and our dog loved the backyard. A few of the amenities and fixtures were broken, outdated or stained, however, that did not take away from the homey experience. Most rentals in OBX are in a similar (or extremely worse) shape, but this one really did have most things we needed for a quick getaway. Host was very responsive and proactive in their outreach. I would booked this place again. As someone else noted, it is right by the main road, but we’re from DC so the noise did not bother us.

Wish we stayed longer, that’s how awesome Sarah’s place was. From the moment we walked into her place, we felt right at home. The first thing we noticed as soon as we walked in was the adorable furniture & beach decor. We traveled with our pup, & he enjoyed the backyard as it had a fence so he could run around & sunbathe as he wished. The beds were extremely comfortable & having two full baths was an added plus for 4 people staying. There was plenty of room to move around & hangout. The kitchen had everything you needed such as a coffee marker, pots, pans, plates, cups ect. The outdoor grill was perfect for us to make kabobs for dinner. The dish washer worked great & the washer/dryer was an added bonus. Sarah was in constant communication with us & made sure we were doing alright. The place was VERY clean & smelled amazing. We will definitely be returning here in the future.
