Our apartment is located in a convenient area in the beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos. It is close to the picturesque Ammos sandy beach and many other situated in the area. It is a 5 minutes walk to the center and the famous Lake of Agios Nikolaos. Situated on the third floor of a newly renovated building with an elevator. In the neighborhood you will find cafes, restaurants, bars and tavernas. There are supermarkets, bakers, fishmongers, butchers shops nearby so car rental is not essential. Anna's apartment is a modern, cosy, bright, 70m2 comfortable space with high quality furnitures and appliances. Suitable for couples and small families, the apartment features a double bedroom with top quality mattress, a single bedroom with the ability for a baby bed. The spacious but cosy living room also has a double sofa bed and open plan kitchen. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching Greek city life!

we spent 7 nights at Anna's beautiful new apartment & enjoyed our stay immensely. It is definitely living like a local as it's on a busy street with buses, cars & motor bike traffic but so easy to get around without a car. We loved the fact we could go to the supermarket easily, out to restaurants in the old town & plenty of beach options which was an important part of our stay. Beautiful brand new appliances, reliable wifi, great linens & excellent kitchen fit out of everything you need if you wish to cook. We would certainly recommend Anna's apartment for a stay in Ag. Nik.

Anna on super majutaja - väga sõbralik, abivalmis ja kiire vastaja. Kui saabusime majutusse, siis Anna juba ootas meid maja ees. Korter on täpselt selline nagu piltidel - väga puhas ja korras, köögis oli kõik vajalik olemas, mida söögi tegemiseks vaja, nt potid, pannid, mikrolaineahi, kohvimasin, võileivagrill jne. Vannituba oli nagu uus, kus oli ka korralik pesumasin. Väga head konditsioneerid igas toas ja mugavad voodid. 2 suurt avarat rõdu. Maja ees on bussipeatus ja 400m raadiuses on mitu suurt toidupoodi. Tänava lõpus on suur tasuta parkimisplats. Almyros beach asub jalgsi 20 minuti kaugusel. Suur bussijaam asub korterist 750m kaugusel. Super majutus, soovitan kõigile!
Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen, da wir abends alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Yannis und Anna gaben uns tolle Tipps und waren uns eine schnelle Hilfe bei all unseren Anliegen. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt und Anna hat sie sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Herzlichen Dank an Euch Beide!
Shiny and very clean apartments. Double bedroom plus single bedroom. Also large sofa in the sitting area. Wi-Fi with good speed. Two balconies. You can have breakfast with the view over the street. Small supermarket next door. Three coffee shops with great choice of pastry, ice-cream, sandwiches, etc. just around the corner and plenty a few hundred yards away. Plenty of free parking spaces next street. Five min. walk to local small beach and 10 min to the central lake area of the town. Taverna with nice home-made food nearby (tips from Anna, the host). Our stunning town is a 45 minutes drive from Heraklion Airport and Anna-Yannis apartment is situated in a lovely neighborhood, close to the beaches and all the amenities you need. Free parking is available on the main street outside of the apartment.
A taxi or a van are available for your transfer from the airport directly to the apartment.
