This home is definitely the Kozy home they describe. The place is nice and quiet as well as the neighborhood. The neighbors are extremely nice and chill people. The back yard has a nice view of the mountain and def have some wildlife around, one good thing my crew liked was there wasnt a huge amount of city lights around and the nightsky was very bright and full of stars for the sky gazers. All amenities worked great and thers 2 washers and 2 dryers in the downstairs. The downstairs also has a nice place for a traveling office. Def want to stay here again when we come back down for more work in the area.

Myself, my daughter and her 2 girls stayed there for 3 nights. The house feels so open and spacious. And we felt right at home. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I would strongly recommend this wonderful home with its friendly hosts!

A wonderful place for my family to stay! It’s so spacious and felt just like walking into a cozy home. It had all the listed amenities and the kitchen was well stocked.

This home was perfect for us. Sat outside enjoying the view. Saw deer and turkeys the first day! So many sights within driving distance made the location perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Love the little grocery store about 5 miles away. The air spray provided some humor since I arrived before my son and the automatic spray at 2:00 am made me think someone was in the house. It provided a good laugh the next morning. Highly recommend!!!

A lot of bed and accommodations
