Excellent service from Martin. Didn't get to meet Ryan unfortunately, but he was very responsive and helpful via the app. Martin really went out of his way to help us at all times. He is super friendly and he communicated proactively (call and message). The indoor drying rack for washing is very small so if you plan to wash larger loads, chat to Ryan and Martin regarding a larger drying horse or outdoor washing line. If a larger drying horse is not possible or if the outdoor line is too small, then consider using Mira Laundry Service on the same street which is vey affordable and extremely efficient. If you plan to use the cupboards to store clothing and other items, please give Ryan and Martin a friendly reminder to dust out the kitchen and bedroom cupboards. We really did enjoy our stay at the apartment. The pictures of the apartment is exactly what you get. The view was unbelievable; my kids were in awe of the cargo ships entering and leaving the harbour. Apartment was very comfortable and neat.

I enjoyed my stay, fully. The host was very responsive and the building was safe. The place was very clean and the pictures do it no justice, it's a stunning unit😍

It’s was very accommodative and child’s friendly. Leaving an aircon On before our arrival made the house seem germ free and its was clean so as a family person with 6 and a 5 year old felt at ease as the place appeared clean.
