awesome flat! just let Barbara know if there is 2 of you staying via message before hand so she can put a heater in the second bedroom for you in advance as my friend was chilly! i loved the area, so close to town, the area was lovely (but some broken eggs of the flat next door next to their bins, did no honor to the pristine and beautiful flat belonging to Barbara. It was really lots of space. and beautifully furnished. the birds were singing outside. so close to town, you can walk into town, people were a bit noisy upstairs on the last day but nothing too bad i'd recommend it for a stay in leicester for sure great space cool furniture amazing cooking tools lovely view from sofas from the back window of the top of the trees!

Very spacious flat, def good value for money. It’s an experience in it self staying here. It’s close to Queen Road with a mini super market and some restaurants. Easy to Uber or get busses to most of the key places in Leicester. Barbara was easy to get in touch with and was lovely. She instantly sorted out batteries dying in the TV remote problem. Second room gets a bit chilly with draught through the windows but there’s a portable heater in the cupboard, which I discovered on the last day!

Barbara was welcoming and showed us around the flat. She was fantastic with my daughter and made us feel extremely comfortable. The flat was very close to Queens Road with all the shops, restaurants and bars. It’s also on a very convenient but route into Leicester city centre, although there is also off street parking with the property. Thank you Barbara for your kind welcome. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.
