The apartment is located in Lucrepata, a quiet and safe residential area right next to the tourist area of ​​San Blas. From here you can reach the Plaza de Armas in 10 minutes walking or less than 5 minutes by taxi, and in the surroundings of the department you can find several corner stores. The apartment measures around 160 m2 and occupies the entire third floor (with elevator) of a residential building located in the beautiful Parque Lucrepata. From the balcony you can enjoy an excellent view of this green space filled with trees and flowers. The apartment is around 5 years old and has quality fixtures and furniture and is stylishly decorated in a mostly modern style with some unique vintage touches. The large living/dining room has a 55" smart TV that has a Netflix account for your use, and also has cable, YouTube, and ScreenShare to connect your cell phone screen. The wifi is very fast and reaches every corner of the apartment thanks to a repeater in addition to the router that's just for this apartment. We have a small 'take one and leave one' lending library book shelf. We also have some board games and puzzles. In the living room we have put a large gas space heater to keep you warm on chilly Cusco evenings. If you feel cold in any of the bedrooms, we offer the option to rent electric space heaters for an additional cost that covers their electricity use. In the kitchen you'll find a large fridge, a stove with oven and grill, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a blender. Not only do we have all the basic kitchenware, but also additional implements such as a variety of ways to make coffee, orange juicers, a mortar and pestle, popsicle molds, and so on. The kitchen tap supplies both hot and cold water (a rarity in Cusco and a joy when washing dishes!), and has a filter for safe purified drinking water, saving you the need to buy or boil water. Of the 5 rooms, one has a queen bed, two have a double bed each, and two are doubles with a double bed and a twin bed each. The showers are large rain showerheads that provide for a luxurious shower with plenty of pressure. There are 2 hair dryers in the apartment. There is a large laundry room with a large washing machine and plenty of clotheslines and a rack to dry your clothes. There is also an ironing and ironing board. For the safety of your family or group, we have a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher in the apartment.
