This is an Airbnb hotel. They own the floor and rent out all of the units. The environment is very sterile and was not cleaned well. It smelled very strongly of chemicals and a fragrance. It gave me a headache all night. Extremely uncomfortable beds and itchy linens. Noisy location. There is a decent amount of stairs just to get to the elevator which I wish was disclosed. The description and images didn't match what they showed us. Check in was awkward. The reception was not friendly nor helped us with our luggage up the stairs. He only told us the 4th floor. We didn't know what room was ours. So just started opening doors.. The design of the rooms is bizarre. The bedroom was in the living room. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and left after 1 night as we were all very uncomfortable and my father couldn't handle the stairs. It was awful.

I am so happy to have chosen Imperiale Suites! We stayed in apartment number 4 with two bedrooms overlooking Via Dante, a beautiful pedestrian street (no noise from car traffic) lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. From the master bedroom we could even see the top of il Duomo- amazing view, especially in the morning. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Castello Sforzesco and 5 minutes to il Duomo. Can’t get any more central than that. It is very well equipped with all needed kitchen amenities. IThe bathroom has a bathtub. I think they opened Imperiale Suites just a couple of months ago, so everything is new and fresh! The hosts Roberta and Vittorio were delightful! Absolutely professional and eager to assist any of our needs, restaurant bookings, etc. Our text messages were responded to in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend booking with Imperiale Suites a transfer from the airport to the flat. It saves you both time and money you would otherwise spend on a taxi. Included in the stay is breakfast at Goga Caffe Cucina & Catering which is a really nice little gem of a restaurant downstairs. They can also bring you breakfast/lunch/dinner up to your suite, super-comfortable! To sum it up: excellent experience, I will definitely be back. Thank you guys!
