Only 45 min drive from vibrant Stockholm City you find this stunning villa and oasis of tranquility. Many of my family and friends describe this house on the lake as perfect place to combine outdoor activities and doing nothing reading a book peacefully under the apple tree. This spacious, yet cozy villa and surrounding guest houses can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (or three families), offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The villa is beautifully designed with modern furnishings and traditional Swedish touches, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The space The bottom floor is tastefully decorated and recently renovated offering a spacious hallway, a living- and dining room with each its own fireplace, relax buildout and a spacious new bathroom with a bathtub. Also, of course a fully equipped kitchen. Connected with the kitchen and dining room, there is a large terrace and grill area with seating up to 10 guests. The terrace also offers a lounge area overlooking the garden with your own private beach and jetty at the lake. The bedroom offers: Upperfloor offers two bedrooms; Master bedroom with a bed of 180cm with a window overlooking the old oaks and the lake. Second bedroom is a 140 cm foldout bed couch (you need to walk through this room to get to the master bedroom). Guesthouse Mountain Lodge: The bedroom constists of one 160cm bed with room for a single bed foldout or a child crib. This lodge have its own bathroom with old school shower, sink and toilet and also a small kitchenette. Guesthouse Sea lodge: This bedroom with its tall ceiling consists of two 140cm beds in form of bunkbeds, with room for a single bed foldout or a child crib. For water supply/ brushing teeth, the guests here walk over terrass to the sauna house. The sauna house has a lovely Swedish sauna with windows overlooking the water, including newly renovated shower space and washing machine. There Is also a lounge areas by the house and by the sauna, there are sun-beds and a table with some chairs to to catch the evening sun. Further, there is a iron rowing boat (Hållidaj) that has seen better days but still floating which is free for use at your own risk. Life vests, swim- and garden toys (krocket, kubb, je de boule and more) can be found in the little parking garage. Guest access: All of the property :-)
