Stay was great, hosts were lovely. Breakfast and hot chocolate hampers were great. If you needed anything you only had to ask. Really lovely location to take in the countryside views and animals. The hot tub was not connected to electrics so didn’t have use of the jets and tbh this was one of the main reasons we decided on this stay over others so that was a bit disappointing.

Had the most amazing time staying in Stephanie’s luxury bell tent. From the moment we arrived she was the perfect host, picked us up from the station and drove us to the location where the hot tub was heating up nicely for us. We had the offer to be driven anywhere nearby as neither of us drove, were given plenty of hiking and day trip options to choose from but decided to stay just where we were as the location was so relaxing. Stephanie has two delightful pigs (who love a good back scratch), a cat, numerous chickens, two dogs and fields surrounding the tent that boasts a lovely assortment of horses, goats, sheep and rams. Opposite is an enormous mountain and greenery everywhere. Perfect for any nature lover. We were given breakfast in bed every morning, including a cafetière coffee and some biscuits. I had also mentioned previously in passing it was my partners birthday which was the reason for our trip, and on her birthday morning they even surprised us to two small bottles of wine, a birthday card and some goodies. The campfire was easy to use and we were given as much wood as we needed without hesitation (even attempting pizza making). As for the tent itself, the mattress is super comfortable and warm and you wake up every morning to an amazing view. Could not have been treated better in a 5* hotel. Cannot recommend them enough and will be back 100%. Thanks again to you both for the best weekend ever!!

Gorgeous location, perfect If you love animals as you are amongst many! The tent is lovely with a comfortable bed. Hot tub was a nice touch. The hosts are genuinely lovely people who make sure you have a great stay. Would come back in a heartbeat 😊

Everything was amazing - we couldn’t fault a thing. Every little detail was so special, they really went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend enough! Dave even gave us a lift into down for a drink so we didn’t have to get a taxi. Thanks so much x

Overall it's a very unique experience that is rarely found in a city. The tent was well decorated and match with photos, beddings were as comfy as home. The woodfired bath tub was fabulous be careful it could reach boiling hot, you may want to add the burning wood little by little. Just a tiny downside was the toilet is about 50m far away from the tent and you will have to walk up/downhill everytime you use the toilet. Not a problem if you see it as an extra bit of exercise but not quite suitable for elderly/disables.
