Great value, and great security with digital locks on front door and bedrooms. Not so much a homey place you’d hang out in, but it’s a clean, comfortable room, and instructions are cleanly communicated.

Parking is available on the street and driveway. No Ubers or taxi's available in Windom. Within 7 minutes walking to downtown Windom.
Guest parking is on the street with plenty of spots available.
Access is to all of the common areas (living room, fridge, microwave, bathroom and shower).
All guests have to have a AirBnB Verified profile with Government ID to stay at the house.

There was something special about seeing my grandmother make sure everyone that visited us had a amazing time during their time with us.
