Maison récente de 140 m² avec piscine et jardin paysagé qui offre un ensoleillement maximal et une proximité immédiate de Valbonne (5 minutes à pied), village authentique toujours animé avec de nombreux commerces et cafés-restaurants. Situation idéale pour visiter la région : Antibes 15’ ; Cannes 20’ ; Grasse 10’ ; Nice 25’ ; Monaco 45’ Italie 50’ ; Saint Tropez 1h15 Parc du Mercantour 1h15 – Accès Autoroute à 10’. Nombreux parcours de Golf à moins de 15’ (Opio Valbonne, Mougins , Cannes). La Maison est un logement de tourisme classé 4 étoiles par un organisme agrée. Elle est composée : Au RdC : > 1 ensemble séjour, cuisine (entièrement équipée), lumineux, exposé sud et ouest, ouvert sur les terrasses, la piscine et le jardin par 5 baies vitrées, une bibliothèque avec notamment des livres touristiques sur la région à disposition, une smart TV avec Netflix et chaines internationales, une enceinte Bluetooth… > 1 chambre/studio de 24 m² avec plafond cathédrale et mezzanine, une baie vitrée donnant sur une terrasse avec pergola, une salle de douche et 1 WC indépendant. Absolutely Amazing!!! We rented Herve's home for a week for a reunion with our adult children. The home and grounds are in pristine condition. It has everything you could need and more. It was so nice to come back after a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax by the pool and enjoy the outdoor area. We loved being able to walk into the village of Valbonne (about 5-7 minutes). The best part of our stay was coming home to a basket full of the most beautiful tomatoes and basil direct from Herve's garden. It was such a kind gesture and we all appreciated it. He takes great pride in his home and the care of his guests. If you find yourself in this area you should stay with Herve. JM

Best Airbnb Experience ever. Extraordinary 5 Star plus In Valbonne, French Riviera, Herve's hospitality was standout. From our arrival, he ensured our comfort, making the stay memorable. The house, perfect for our family, combined privacy with a sense of unity. Its aesthetic charm was amplified by a lovely terrace and garden. The well-equipped kitchen let us enjoy evening meals, and everything matched the online portrayal. Eager to revisit and grateful to Herve for his unmatched hospitality.

Perfect house in a perfect location. Secure, private grounds with lots of mod cons. Beautifully decorated and equipped. So much to see and do. We went all over- Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco and close by is the beautiful St Paul de Vence, Grasse and Gourdon. Valbonne centre is in walking distance and is a stunning town with fabulous restaurants. So much choice of cuisine. Hervé is a fabulous host and gave lots of great recommendations on places to visit and best ways to get there. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We will be back! Thank you Hervé

Me and my wife and two children stay at Airbnb homes in the south of France every summer, and this is probably the best place that we have stayed at so far. Hervé was a perfect host - very welcoming, flexible to receive us when we arrived, keen to make sure that everything was perfect, and fast to respond to any queries. The house is only a few years old, and in great condition - you can tell that it is being very well kept. All in all a great place to stay at!
