Ardinarive Lodge is a beautiful self catering house sitting on a hillside in the heart of the countryside, overlooking the Sperrin mountains. It is the perfect location for touring the North Coast, Londonderry/ Derry and Donegal. Benone beach is only 16 miles away and there are lots of local country/ forest parks to explore. The quaint town of Limavady is 6 miles away, and the lodge is easily accessible to Drenagh estate and the Roe Park hotel, perfect for guests attending weddings. Ardinarive Lodge features two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/ dining room, comfortable living room, sunroom and utility room. We also have a sofa bed in the sunroom which can be made up on request. The perfect house for families or groups of friends looking for a break to the countryside, or if attending weddings in Drenagh estate or the Roe Park hotel, the lodge is very accessible to both. A balcony is accessed from the upstairs bedroom and has a small table and two chairs to enjoy morning coffees. There is plenty of outdoor space with shrubs, a patio area with picnic bench and ample free parking. The lodge is a recently renovated house, boasting modern but simple decor. The high ceilings and arched windows are all older characteristics which were kept in the renovation.

A beautiful, tastefully decorated, immaculate, comfortable home with fantastic views over the Sperrin mountains. Joanne was in contact before to welcome and provide directions. There on arrival to explain the heating system, temperature adjustments and how to get extra hot water if needed and kept in contact to make sure our stay met our expectations. plenty of literature for local places to eat or visit. The homemade bread and biscuits were a tasty welcome present along with the other items provided to help us settle in. We had a lovely stay, thankyou.
Absolutely loved staying here, Joanne was lovely and everything was so straight forward! It was our wee Pups first holiday and he loved it! So peaceful and felt right at home
The house was absolutely immaculate, with everything you needed on arrival. Joanne was friendly, welcoming and informative and couldn't have been more helpful.
Joanne was brilliant at keeping in touch prior to check in and gave good directions. she was available on check in to explain the heating system & such like. The house itself is absolutely stunning and I really don't think the photos do it justice. the highlight for us definitely has to be the homemade bread and biscuits. Absolutely delicious.
Gorgeous property with stunning views, Joanne was the perfect host who met us on arrival and gave us a lovely guided tour explaining heating etc was very helpful. Property was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures show! Loved it everything was perfect 🤩

Roe valley country park is approximately 3 miles from the property and Ness woods 15 miles- both are great for families and dogs for walks and there are places to have picnics.
The market town of Limavady is 6 miles away, boasting many independent shops and cafes as well as restaurants and bars to enjoy.
Benone beach is the closest beach- about 16 miles from the house. Longline surf school have surf/ body board hire and lots of lessons especially over the summer as well as Stand up paddle boarding hire at Swann’s Bridge outside Bellarena.
Londonderry/Derry in the second largest city and about 20miles away. The city holds a lot of history as well as a large indoor shopping centre and many bars and restaurants. The TV show Derry girls was also filmed here, and you can visit the mural and other filming locations about the city.
Castlerock, Portrush and Portstewart coastal towns are all about 30-45 mins drive and have lovely restaurants and shops to visit.
The nearest airport is City of Derry, approximately 10 miles from the property, with Belfast international airport about 36 miles away.
Dublin Airport is 130miles away and the Ferry terminal in Larne is 55miles making it possible to travel from Great Britain.
The property is nestled in the countryside so public transport is not easily accessible therefore when staying at the accommodation, it is advisable to bring your own car so you can explore different towns and cities or go for walks in the countryside.
