We loved our stay! The setting is amazing and house is very large. Kitchen was well stocked and all the beds were very comfortable. It was could out but still enjoyed being down at the dock and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The view from the house was gorgeous and loved sitting out on the deck and screened in porch area.

It was so peaceful being on the lake and having kayaks and paddleboards available to use. The firepit was also really awesome. It was a quick drive to downtown Bentonville and local MTB trails. The house has literally everything you need especially traveling with a 5 year old, the step stools were extra helpful and super thoughtful.

Beautiful location on Lake Avalon! Great outdoor amenities, kayaks, water gear, fire pit, dock, outdoor seating. Directions accurate, driveway initially challenging but doable for six ladies! Starter supplies only bring extra if staying for several days. Hair dryer not working. Overall indoor amenities average. Would recommend a major deep cleaning, sliding doors difficult to operate due to debri and dirt, dog smell in lower basement area had to buy febreeze and open windows to manage. Light in one bedroom not working. Home would benefit from update as mentioned in previous reviews has a lot of wear.

We had an incredible stay at Amy's place over Labor Day weekend with two families. Everything was just as described / expected or better! Great layout with tons of space, indoor and outdoor fun for all ages, beautiful surroundings designed for relaxation and enjoyment. We highly recommend this location and hope to visit again in the future!

The pictures didn’t lie. The house was very comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 7 and still had room for more. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Two refrigerators were an added bonus. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels both bath & beach! We loved having the outdoor equipment available … our kayaking experience was fabulous! The steep driveway was a little intimidating at first but once we familiarized ourselves with it we were good to go. I would highly recommend staying here.
