Casa al Mare is a luxurious, ultra-modern, three-bedroom duplex with ducted air conditioning and stunning views of Fingal Bay beach. Ideally located high on the headland and within 200 metres to the water edge this Casa al Mare is perfect for two families that are after space, luxury, and affordability. Spread over two levels with the upstairs level having beautiful timber floorboards and an open plan living area with the comforts of ducted air conditioning, luxurious furnishings and accessories, Google chrome Cast TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and sound bar. The living area opens out onto the large entertaining balcony with superb water views, gas BBQ and alfresco dining facilities – just the best way to finish you day. Also, on the top level is the fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry, complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, induction cooktop, luxury stone benchtops and coffee machine. The large main bedroom is located upstairs (WIR locked) , it has ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and its own private balcony with lovely bush view of Tomaree National Park. The downstairs level provides the second tiled living area, two bedrooms with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a fantastic corner spa bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. The laundry has a top loader washing machine and dryer and the downstairs level has a choice of multiple balconies to sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Fingal Bay. The back yard is fully enclosed and backs onto Tomaree National Park, this gives you the presence of space, peace, and relaxation – sit back and listen to the wildlife or sit on the front balcony and hear the waves rolling in. Parking for 4 vehicles with a double garage and enough room for 2 cars or boat in the driveway. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following: Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am Any other day – 10pm to 8am
Absolutely magic view, place was spot on had plenty of space and facilities. all in all you will not be disappointed with staying here we will def be back it is excellent! literally the only very minor issue with the joint is the water pressure in the main bedroom ensuite was terrible but the shower downstairs was fine so first world problem having to walk downstairs.
Great holiday house with beautiful beach views and close to beaches and walking trails. Perfect place to share with another family with separate living areas. We hope to return

McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
