What a spot! 3mins from the beach and some great features of the house. Lots of extra touches from Carla and she was super responsive and helpful - including letting us arrive a little early and leave a little late which was incredibly kind!

We really enjoyed our Christmas week at Carla's beautiful place with our extended family. It was so easy to walk to the beach and other Pearl Beach attractions such as the Paul Landa Reserve, the Arboretum and the Tennis Courts. The only problem was neighbours on all three sides making a lot of noise after 10pm on most nights, including a very loud fireworks display around midnight.

We had a weekend for four couples here recently. The place is beautiful with plenty of space in a tranquil setting and is exactly as described. Carla was extremely easy to deal with and I would happily stay here again.

I can’t thank Carla enough. We used the space as a retreat and everything was beyond perfect. Carla, her gardeners, even the builders who was finishing up some outdoor lighting when I got there, all of you were just wonderful to connect with. This weekend was so special and a big part of that was how amazing the villa was, my favourite was the garden and the entertaining space. Thank you so much, 10000000x recommend x

Had a wonderful family reunion stay at One Diamond in Pearl Beach. Lovely house with excellent entertainment areas in a beautiful serene location. Carla was friendly and highly professional. Comes recommended!
