All in all, it was a nice stay at a very conveniently-located home that was in great condition. The house is about a 4-minute drive to Greenwich Avenue. While we did have some issues throughout our 8-night stay, Sherri was responsive to our needs. Most of the issues we encountered were out of her control for the most part, including broken air conditioning (which she was responsive to and had fixed) and an extremely uncomfortable mattress (she ordered a mattress topper for us but it arrived too late). We also had issues with the guest showerhead which did not operate properly; however, Sherri sent her plumber to check it out fairly quickly. The house was missing some basic essentials that we normally have in our rental homes (salt, pepper, olive oil, ziplocs, saran wrap, etc.). These items, along with a pack-n-play, were listed under the house amenities; however, the house did not have either. We would recommend Sherri as a host and would use her again.
