非常感谢您给我们提供了干净整洁的房间，交通非常便利，但是没有洗发水和沐浴露的提供，让我两天都没有好好洗一个澡，其次没有被子，只有一个床单，和一个毯子，这让我觉得有些不舒服，再次感谢。

Paola was an exceptional host and very kind. Although we did not meet her, she offered us so much assistance both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. She sent links for transport from Milan, local bus snd train schedules. She ordered a taxi for our departure. Most of all, as we were two mature ladies travelling, she sent a colleague Paolo who was friendly and helpful, both on our arrival and when we checked out, to carry our suitcases, as the apartment is on the first floor with stairs. Wifi worked well, apartment was very clean and quiet. Thank you Paola, it made our stay in Verona so easy and enjoyable, it was all appreciated so much!

Good and clear communication from the host. Lovely space that matches the description and close to the historic city centre (about 20 min walk). The only issue is the smell in the lobby, but that is not the fault of the host.

Enjoyed our few days at Paola's place. Nice wee apartment within walking distance of the city. Although its at a busy junction we weren't disturbed at all. Comfy bed, plenty of storage and a good shower plus all you need in the kitchen. We found Aldi and Lidl a short walk away were much better and cleaner than the other supermarket. Recommend Pizzalonga for take away. Try to get into the city early before the crowds and take the walk along the river and up the venicular. Its worth it. Nice wee place at the bottom to get authentic Italian food. Bar at the top a bit basic for us but had lovely view.
