My overall stay was very good and I would definitely recommend this home to others for a comfortable stay. The home was nice and clean. We had a very short stay of 2 nights and first night there were several times that the power went out but that’s probably not something in the control of the host. The pool was really nice and well maintained. The entire property was very nice. The second day I did notice there were lot of tiny ants coming in the bathroom. I tried to wash them away but they kept coming back. This was the only downside for us but it was not a major annoyance so we didn’t mention to the host. Apart from this, it was a great stay and bedrooms were comfortable and very clean.

Great place. Had a blast with friends. Would probably book again for a similar trip in Goa.

The place was nice, had everyone included that was mentioned. A large part of the house had been cleaned very nicely including bed sheets etc. The kitchen is a little old and needs some maintenance. The location is a little bit out of the way to access all the key hotspots in the area so a car is definitely needed. The caretaker was fantastic, everything we needed he attended to as there were a few problems that needed to be fixed but he helped promptly and was very responsive.

pros: private and peaceful. backyard and rooftop setup are highlights of the home. home as described and showed in pics. Very good care taker. polite and helpful cons: 2 of the bedrooms didn't had hot water TV was pretty outdated, couldn't login to Netflix app, can't cast or project. missed some movie time we planned. some door knobs broken etc. nothing major. it's a beautiful home and worth each buck. they were kind enough to give me a few hours early checkin. easy process. I will visit the place again if I ever need one.

We had a great stay... Lovely villa... Worth the price... The caretaker was really helpful and just a call away. Highly recommended !!
