Place was okay for what we needed and clean. location could use more updating, only had small issues. I've stayed in nicer place's for less. Hate paying $350 a night to de-bed and take trash out to the curb.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Aleksandr and Julia's Charming Lakehouse! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a well appointed house, and the house was clean and ready for us to use. The house itself was beautifully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One of the highlights was the front porch which gives views of the lake and has comfortable seating. The screened-in porch had views of the backyard where we enjoyed coffee each morning. The house is secluded and quiet, while being close to many restaurants and stores. It is an easy hop over to GA 400 to head towards Alpharetta/Atlanta, and also a hop over to 85 or McEver to get to the Buford area and Mall of Georgia. Aleksandr and Julia were incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend Aleksandr and Julia's Charming Lakehouse and would definitely stay here or any of their properties again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a fabulous trip!
