Staying here was a perfect weekend getaway. So peaceful. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The neighbors are so nice too! Nice walk to the beach. Tom and Lori were so responsive and even let us check out a little later than 10am because of the weather. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Tom’s place was perfect for what we wanted - a walk to the beach, a nice high porch to sit and read on, a walk to a restaurant with outdoor seating and beautiful sunset view, and great local recommendations - Tom hooked us up with a sailboat rental nearby, which was a lot of fun.

Tom’s Wave House is a great spot if you like to relax, surf, fish, or just relax on the beach. The house was clean, had easy access to beach chairs, bikes and a great porch to enjoy morning coffee. Thanks for a fun stay!

We loved staying at Tom’s Waves house! He and Lori communicated all instructions in a timely manner, and responded promptly if we had a question. The home is wonderful! Perfect location—a short walk on a pathway to the beach, and on a very private and quiet street (it is on a dead end street, so little traffic), as well as a short walk to a few stores for groceries. We enjoyed spending time on the upper deck in the mornings and in the evenings after a full beach day. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen contained enough pots/pans, utensils, etc., for cooking, and the outdoor shower was a bonus. The living room and kitchen were spacious and felt homey. I highly recommend Tom’s Waves house, and we hope to return someday.
