This home is cozy and comfortable. It may be a little on the snug side for 4 adults but was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 young kids). It was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard. There are two convenient paved parking spots, diagonal from the street. During our stay (April 2024), there was construction across the street, but we didn't notice any noise or disruption (in fact, the kids liked watching the activity!). Plenty of dishes/cups/utensils and bakeware in the kitchen and coffee options (keurig and classic coffee maker), but the cookware was a little limited. The bathroom was bright and plenty of towels (stored in the laundry room). For those who plan to do laundry and are sensitive to fragrance, there are only detergent pods available for use. Beds and comforters were super comfy! Bedroom blinds kept out the light--actually, the whole house is on the dim side because of the many big trees surrounding the home, but lights are bright. Hosts very responsive!

Cute house but a bit expensive in my opinion. Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. There are dogs allowed at this house so it’s evident when you walk in. For dog lovers and if you don’t mind dogs this will be great for you.
