Some rooms have an ocean view. From Kawana Station on the Izu Express Line, it's a 13-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to the hotel! There is a supermarket in front of the station. This is a hotel where you can stay according to your desired style and create the best memories. On the first floor, there is a lobby with spacious and comfortable sofas. There is also a large TV where everyone can relax. The hotel is equipped with high-speed free wifi, so you can take your time to gather information about the Kawana and Ito area, and decide on sightseeing, dining, and driving courses. You can also go out to the rooftop and observe the stars, or enjoy a drink while looking at the ocean... you're sure to have a wonderful experience. There is also a parking lot for your car. When you make a reservation, please message us to let us know how many days you will be using it, the type of car and the license plate. We will charge you an additional fee upon request. After that, we will send you the information about the parking space after we confirm the payment. (Off-site parking, 1000 yen per day per car) Only one set of towels (one bath towel and one face towel) is provided per person, regardless of the number of days you stay. If you are staying for a long period of time and are concerned about stains, please use the washing machine in the common area. 部屋は清潔ですが、遮音性は低いです。となりの部屋の男の高鼾が聞こえます。 交通は非常に不便です。バスは一時間二回ぐらいあります。最寄りの電車駅は徒歩30分です。 この部屋の管理人は外国人に対して、強腰で話します。態度が悪かったです。 不推荐入住，隔音差，位置偏远，房东态度差。

There is a lot of nature, and convenience stores are far away, so you may feel a little inconvenient at times, but there are many things there that you cannot experience in the city or where you spend your days!
It is quiet day and night, and the sound of the waves, birds, and insects is sure to refresh you.
The neighborhood is full of people who have lived in Kawana for a long time, and not many people are in a hurry, so time flows slowly.
The beach is only a 1.2 minute walk away, and children can play in the ocean. Adults can also enjoy the nearby golf course and fishing grounds.
You can enjoy local seafood dishes at "Haenyeo no Hut," a restaurant frequented by local people. A 5.6 minute walk away is a cafe on the hill where you can enjoy delicious sweets, pizza, and coffee with a view.
Kawana Station on the Izu Express Line is the nearest station.
It is a 4-minute drive from the station and a 13-minute walk.
If you are coming by car, please be careful driving as the road has many curves. If you are coming on foot, you may want to use maps to check the route, but the shortest route is narrow and steep, so you may want to take a bigger road that cars can pass on. It is a hilly road, so please watch your step.
From the station, take the Tokai Bus (circular bus) bound for Kawana Port (I30), get off at Miyamachi, and walk one minute to the hotel. It takes about 8 minutes.
The hotel is also easily accessible by bus or car from "Ito" station on all lines.

Ito Station is a bit bigger, so if you want to go to the hotel after having a meal or going to a convenience store, it would be better to come from Ito Station.

There is a customer parking lot at the back of the building, with an overnight fee of 1,000 yen. Please let us know in advance if you will be using it.
