We had a great few days here! 5 min drive from the beautiful lake and not too far from Rome. The place was spacious and exactly what we needed with all our luggage- really nice kitchen with everything you need. Highly recommend to anyone. Even had some small electricity issues which weren't a big issue, but Rick and Gianna bought us Pizza to say sorry for the inconvenience. We were also non-Italian speakers and they were still so accommodating and responsive- thanks again!!

Rick and Gianna provided a very comfortable accommodation, which was within walking distance of a railway station that helped us to reach center of Rome within 45 minutes. The accommodation included all the mentioned amenities. In addition, Rick was very kind to provide a cot and high chair for our 15 month old infant. It helped us manage the baby well. The house was quite clean and organised. The washroom was quite big and had a useful hot tub. The rooms were moderately sized but good enough to include all the necessary components of a bedroom. The house had multiple toys to engage kids as well. He also provided us with useful local recommendations, if someone is interested in exploring Anguillara. He was quite responsive and spent considerable amount of time in fixing the TV when it was not working. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay in this accommodation to serve as a base for exploring Rome and its surroundings.

We only stayed for one night, but cannot recommend this place enough! Host was very kind and flexible with our check-in even though we ended up being later than expected. Thanks again for hosting us!

Rick showed us the utmost kindness and hospitality. He laid out business cards for noteworthy dining establishments in the area and still answered all of our questions for further advice on places to eat in the area. He was kind and patient with us, even though we checked in well after 2100. He responded to every message promptly. He made sure we had coffee, tea, and snacks in the home. The home is STUNNING. There are no words to describe the beauty of the property or the area in which it is located. The house was entirely immaculate, not a speck of dirt could be found. A fan was provided in each bedroom (as well as the living room air conditioner) which is amazing as some of my family members cannot sleep without a fan and we weren’t expecting to have any available. He also provided fresh, clean towels, body wash/shampoo/toilet paper and all of the other amenities that some hosts would make you acquire for yourself. The property is located just a short, easy drive from Lake Bracchiano and the lovely walking promenade. The area is a must see, we spent an entire day walking around enjoying the scenery of the lake and the old villages. Everything about this stay was perfect, Rick went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. I would give him and his lovely home 10 stars if I could.
