Great, clean, and efficient space in a very convenient location for checking out downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very friendly host who was quick to respond to a last minute request to book! Would definitely stay again.

Alec was welcoming (handwritten note was such a nice touch, and drink coins for free drinks next door). The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It's nicely decorated and having the kitchen is a plus. The location is excellent! Only downsides were thin walls, which meant we heard every step of the people above us and the conversation next door (but, Alec thoughtfully left ear plugs for us). Also, the heating/cooling system was a bit loud. Overall, a nice, clean place with a host who goes above and beyond and is excellent at communicating.

The Leland House was amazing! We especially loved getting breakfast next door at Lola’s. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. The kitchen, furniture, bedding, and more were spotless, my only recommendation would be a deeper clean of the wooden floors. Its a historic house so just keep that in mind if you book a stay! Very cute and right downtown, we were able to walk everywhere!

Beautiful spot in Durango! Great little town with tons of nice shops and restaurants! Super clean and modern! Great host.
