A fine place for a group of 6-8 ppl. The house was a min walk from a quiet beach and public park. The house itself was a bit old. 3 spacious bedrooms + a tiny one which perhaps too small to be a bedroom (only suitable for kids). The water pressure was weak especially at the bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The living room at the 1st floor was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that a cook may need except all of the pots, pans were too old. Communication with the host was slow. It took me at least a day almost all the time to get the reply luckily that it didn’t happened over the phone calls. In addition, it took roughly 15 mins for the maid to check the place before checking out + the electricity will be charged separately at 5 THB/unit.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for a large group, since it is close to many activities in Hua Hin. The house was clean. But, there were some negatives, neither clothes washer worked, the ping pong net is broke, we couldn't get the karoake center to work, the front door opens and closes very hard, you have to pay 5 thb per unit for electricity (3,000 thb for us), and the beds were fair. The kitchen and outside gazebo were great to cook in. The pool was very nice. Also, the gated drive way and off street parking were great.

Unfortunately we had a terrible stay. On arrival we had to wait for a maid to open, the host was not present. The house was unclean, the pool was not good enough to swim in and overall the check in experience was horrible. During our stay essential items such as towels, linen and toilet paper (only one roll) were not replaced nor were there any spares. The house was not clean and a lot of things not working (toilet upstairs would not flush properly, washing machine broken). The property does not match the description and is in my mind very over rated for the rent. When we left we had to wait 40mins for someone to show up and an extra 15mins counting plates and looking for a missing pool ball in order to get our deposit back. So frustrated we just left and didn’t worry about our deposit, more important was our flight we nearly missed! I have stayed in many airbnbs around the world, including Thailand, but this the worst - beware!

Great location, many restaurants and supermarkets are near by. There is a park right in front of the house which perfect for kids to play at the play ground. We were here in the end of December. I am not sure if it is because of the tide or season, there was no beach for walking along the coast.

Good location for kid have park not far from beach my kid enjoy the beach so much house little bit old but can acceptable with price good for dog because have more space around house for kid and dog to exercise the host so friendly thank for birthday gift
