Comfortable, spacious home, 3 mins drive from historic coastal village of Killala. Ballina 10 mins away. Fast wifi. Sleeps various configurations in 5/6 bedrooms (4 ensuites), eg 10 adults sharing, or 4 couples and 6 children (using additional inflatable/camper) beds). House well equipped, with table tennis, basketball hoop, pool table and outdoor seating. Netflix, Disney+, Amazon provided. North Mayo has many natural attractions, museums and places to walk/cycle. Ideal for water activities. There are four ensuite rooms, one of which is a dedicated double. Two others are normally set out as doubles but can be separated into twins and a further twin room has space for a large airbed. The fifth room is twin with use of family bathroom and can also fit a small child camper bed in between. Downstairs there is an additional large double sofa bed room with space or an additional inflatable bed, or which can alternately be used as a third TV room, depending on the configuration.

Our whole family had a great stay at Paul's property. The house was very well equipped with ensuite shower rooms in bedrooms and plenty of crockery and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The kids were delighted with the wide range of books and games in the house which Paul allows full use of, so even when it rained there was plenty to keep them entertained. I particularly appreciated Paul's proactive communication and very clear and helpful guest information in advance and local area tips. I would highly recommend.
We had a really great stay here . The host was extremely helpful and gave many good recommendations for us . Place had many games and activities for everyone to enjoy
Went to Paul's house as a group of 13. Was ample room for everyone and never felt crowded. Brilliant house with so much to do. So many games and things to do including pool and table tennis, basketball, tennis, badminton and more. Perfect house to bring children or anyone that would enjoy these. Paul was very polite and gave very clear information of what to expect and how to work the house. Would definitely recommend
Absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we (8 adults & 4 children) needed. Loads of things provided to make your stay that bit better such as a pool table, dart board, table tennis, bikes, DVDs, books and so on. Paul, the host, couldn't have been better either. We ran into a bit of an issue on the second night and Paul drove over 2 hours to make sure the issue was fixed. Everyone was seriously impressed at the level of hospitality shown. Definitely recommend!

The house is located at the beginning of a country lane along the Wild Atlantic Way route. It is only a short walk or cycle to the new greenway and is close to Killala village and the larger town of Ballina.
There is a train and intercity bus service to Ballina and a limited bus service from there to Killala. Taxis are also available. Use of a car is advisable. Killala is within walking and cycling distance for carrying light shopping bags but none of the supermarkets in Ballina currently provide a delivery service, so larger shopping would require a taxi. A car would also be useful if you are planning to explore the sites and activities of Mayo more widely or as part or a larger group requiring multiple taxis etc.
