Welcome to your home away from home where you and your family and/or friends will be close to everything that Rock Hill has to offer when you stay at this conveniently-located house. You’ll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, living room to sprawl out and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart tv, and get a good nights sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms. Outside you can relax on the front porch and listen to the birds or enjoy the back deck while playing fetch with your pup. Welcome to our charming ranch home. We’re happy to have you here and want you to feel at home. Take your shoes off in the entryway and prepare to relax. The living room is partially open to the kitchen/dining area and provides ample space to stretch out. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV or play a game like scattergories, cards or checkers. Make yourself at home in the kitchen where you’ll find basic cooking supplies and spices or simply order take out to be enjoyed at the dining table. We provide coffee and tea to help you start your day. Down the hallway are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. You’ll find one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with a queen bed. Linens are provided. The main bathroom with a tub/shower is located at the back of the hallway. There’s a second small bathroom located between the primary bedroom and twin bed bedroom (a Jack and Jill bathroom). Both bedrooms have direct access to this bathroom (there’s no hallway access) and there are locking doors leading into each bedroom. Towels are provided in each bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have an additional twin bed available if needed for an extra guest (there is an extra $50 charge per person, per night, for an additional guest that will be added to your stay). If required, we will set up this extra bed and provide linens. Well behaved pets that are up to date on their shots and flea/ tick treatments are welcome with a $100 pet fee, please select that you’re bringing a pet when you make your reservation. If you're bringing a pet, please have them on a leash when they are in the front yard and keep them off all furniture. There will be towels in a basket at the back door to wipe their muddy paws if they're playing outside in the fenced in yard (it's mostly grass but a few mud puddles will form if it's been raining a lot).
