A group of 10 of us college kids stayed here right after finishing our spring semester. We had an incredible time and William was a great host! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything you could need.

William’s place is absolutely beautiful. Leading up to the trip he answered any questions that I had in a super timely manner. He was very nice and made sure I had great direction during my stay! I highly recommend staying here!!

Had an amazing time in Williams and his family’s home, was the perfect start to our vacation and lead into our son’s wedding! The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, beautiful home, great location. If we ever come to Melbourne again we would be sure to stay here. William was phenomenal, from the time we arrived he reached out to make sure that we liked everything and if I had a question on anything he was very responsive right away. House was great and plan on returning in the future for sure

Our family rarely travel, we chose William’s house to spend our first trip in years. The house was beyond our expectations and William was very responsive and helpful with all my “Silly” questions.
