My girlfriend and I were impressed with the yurt! We were expecting less, but it's plenty better than a hotel room. I had to give "accessibility" three stars just because it's more honest to say that it is "fairly easy" (rather than "EXTREMELY easy") to locate the yurt. Comments: - It is pretty remote - As mentioned in the description, access to Google Maps might vary (though this is more of an issue when leaving) - Some people are not used to driving in the woods on gravel roads (with a steep hill or two) - The lock is not PERFECT, but it works if you follow the host's instructions explicitly. You'll probably want to get there during the day. On the "is it a bad deal" question: I happen to have rented the yurt ahead of time for the 2024 solar eclipse, so I paid almost triple the price I see listed today. That was a rare occasion, and the current price seems good, so I feel it would be unfair to rate the value less than five stars!

Spent Valentine’s Day weekend here with my lady and it was an amazing experience. The Yurt was beautifully furnished, peaceful, and cozy as ever. Matt was an awesome host and even left us a romantic package of gifts for V-day!! Me and my girl will undoubtedly be back again.
