what a fabulous find!! Jhon's home was warm and cozy, and was exactly as described. if you are looking for a no frills place to rest your head while you enjoy the beauty that is Savannah, look no further! Fairly priced, and clean as a whistle!! Peaceful, quiet. and you would NEVER know you are sharing the space with the homeowner..very respectful of privacy and space. No kitchen privileges but he is open about that right from the start, so there are no surprises.

If you're like me, you don't need frills. Just a nice, clean, quiet place to lay your head at night. Jhon's place is just that. Highly recommend!

This is not the historic part of Savannah; I selected it for closer access to the coastal islands to the South and it is not far from the highway. Nonetheless, it is a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, and I had no real concerns during my stay. It was handy to have instructions to part in a separate driveway so I knew what to do on arrival.
