- very good place for a short stay ( 1 night). - it was very hot inside and the AC and fan not helping at all. Then we found that the ceiling fan need to be switch off and only AC if cool. - no cold water for drink. 1 is hot and 1 is warm. overall ok

the room deco is very old and the aircon is not working properly and very warm. toilet is not cleaned and wet floor mat when check in. light is flickering. can not sleep as zinc roof making noise when strong wind. the one sleep facing toilet get disturbed as toilet door is transparent. this place should not be a airbnb

The unit is bigger than I imagined, easy to find, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The floor is bit sandy and the bed sheet is bit dusty, but the host is responsive and arranged cleaning the next day so I think it’s not a big deal. Overall worth the stay.

Jovial’s unit is spacious, easy to locate and close to nearby eateries. However, there could be crowds at the restaurant downstairs during weekends, coming for the beers. But Jovial did a good job on soundproofing the nearest room.
