We had a great time at Shan's place with a group of 11 of us for my birthday, the house is huge and the seating area in the kitchen is bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of parking and the co-op right outside is convenient! Everyone said the beds were comfortable, double oven is useful when cooking for so many, and a nice late check-out at 11am was a bonus. We would happily stay again. Thank you 👍

Nice and clean house and good location but beware on the living space. Despite being told there suitable space there was only one 3/4seater sofa in a small living room. Evenings are either crampt in the small living room with half of us on the floor or sat on benches around the dining table. This really dampened our stay and i wouldn't have booked if I had not been mislead on this.

Shan was really helpful and friendly, the instruction videos were great and the house was big and beautiful. The only thing I’d add is a bigger table outside so we could make more use of the garden but it’s a very minor point, the house was lovely and v practical being opposite the co op and a couple of takeaways. The taxi into Oxford took about half an hour and v close to Bicester village too. We had a hen party here and it was perfect - would definitely recommend
