The pool ( closed during the winter) and jacuzzi (open all year) are shared facilities, especially in the summer months. PLEASE NOTE, we have a temporary spa in place. Our gite is a converted barn in the countryside, own private garden area, away from our own property, overlooking woodland. ** Please note we are a small clothing optional site from 1st April to 30th September. Where guests can dress/undress to their level of comfort ** For non naturists we have erected a privacy screen Downstairs consists of a great size lounge with freeview TV (English Channels) and dvd player. A seating area for reading and games as well as an extremely spacious kitchen / diner with all the amenities to enjoy your stay. Upstairs we have a 2 great sized double bedrooms both of which have en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a free standing shower cubicle). Please note we DO NOT provide bath towels only bedding. Hand towels are provided. There is a wooden cot available also. A put you up bed can be available too. Our price is based on 2 persons. Children up to the age of 5 are free. If your party is larger than this, please enquire before booking for extra details and cost. Outside - Patio, gazebo, with large screened (if required) lawned garden. Our polytunnel houses our large jacuzzi, plunge pool, seating and dining area. Lovely spacious place to relax and become at one with the natural surroundings of nature.

La maison est agréable (bien que difficile à chauffer en hiver !), bien équipée et les hôtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement calme et reposant, la cheminée, les équipements bébé et avons bien profité du jacuzzi. Des balades agréables en campagne à faire, en bref on recommande !!

Amazing ! You feel at the heart of nature. We really appreciated the artistic side well done by Caroline in the gîte and especially the nature well surrounded by our gîte. I recommend and we will definitely come back in the spring 🥰

Oh, where to start, what can I say? Everything from start to finish was fantastic. My wife and I wanted somewhere primarily secure to park our motorcycles, and somewhere peaceful and quiet. Both of these were fulfilled and so much more. As for the naturist facilities you could not ask for more. The hot tub was great, the pool was large enough to swim in and very clean. As for the table tennis, thanks Mark for letting Justine win. Fellow guests seemed to be enjoying themselves too.......Trevor. Camping facilities looked good although we staying in the house which was perfect. An excellent stay overall with fantastic facilities, and naturist too is that should be your desire. If not you'd be perfectly welcomed too. What's not to like.

St Michel De Montjoie - A quiet hamlet in a secluded village
If you're looking for local shops and a place to grab a snack or two. The closest available to the retreat are an all day bakery in Gathemo and a small parade of shops in St.Pois. They are open most days and have a good range, from your morning croissants and baguettes to fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, cider, beers and traditional French foods.
Nestled amongst country walks and picturesque landscapes is one of the villages few local attractions the Park Museum of Granite which is a fascinating place to learn about the local area and it's history.
We are in the countryside, so your own transport will be required to explore the area.
There are many cycle and walking routes surrounding us.
