Hmm... okay. The place is smaller than expected (manufactured home) and needs a bit updating. Most of all, the place was not well stocked. Very few utensils (I counted 4 forks), chairs for the kitchen table, and we had to go out and buy more toilet paper. It's about a 40 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor and about 20 minutes to Sunriver.

Awesome spot in Sunriver! Dog friendly, with a great large national forest nearby. Internet was speedy, well suited for working remotely. Bret was helpful and responsive throughout. The house is located about 30-35 minutes from Bachelor, and it takes a different road than Bend so it gets less congested.

Awesome and relaxing stay. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt and enjoyed walking our dog to the nearby river in the mornings. Brett’s space was exactly what we needed!

It’s a good sized home in a peaceful location walking distance to the river. Does have a pretty strong pet smell which did bother us quite a bit. It’s a drive from bend but worth it in my opinion. Could be the last people had dogs there and that was what the smell was but it was pretty cold out and we had to have the windows open to stand the smell. Overall if you don’t mind dog smell it’s worth the money.
