Living Space With a wall of windows, the main living space features an open concept living/dining area with plenty of seating around the table or by the cozy, stone, wood burning fireplace. When you're not enjoying the outdoors, choose from the many boardgames and puzzles, settle in and stream a show on the Roku Smart TV, or grab a blanket and snuggle up with a good book. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, serving dishes, toaster, pancake griddle and for coffee lovers, the best part- a Keurig coffee bar featuring specialty coffee pods by Black Mark Coffee Company. If you'd rather do your cooking outside, fire up the charcoal grill or the propane fueled Blackstone. Bedrooms/Bathrooms This 3bed+Loft/2 bath home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. Downstairs: Bedroom 1- Queen bed Bedroom 2- (2) twin-over-twin bunks Full Bath with shower Upstairs: Bedroom 3- Queen bed with balcony overlooking the lake Loft- (1) twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle Full Bath with separate shower and tub While it is thoughtfully designed to accommodate one family downstairs and one family upstairs, Woods and Water is the perfect destination for friends! You will find the home to be completely furnished with all linens, towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioner so we can help you pack as light as possible. *Note: The bedroom upstairs is private but not separated with doors. One bedroom is to the right of the stairs, and the loft is to the left. Small Children If you are traveling with small children, a pack-n-play and baby gate can be found in the upstairs closet, and the kitchen is stocked with child-friendly cups, plates, and utensils. Outdoors The backyard is a paradise, shaded by tall trees overlooking open water. We usually get the benefit of a nice, steady southern breeze that helps keep things cool, even in the dead of summer. Our community has a boat launch conveniently located about 1/4 mile from the house, just down the street. You are welcome to bring your own watercraft and tie to the boat dock. There are 135 miles of shoreline and 40 square miles of water to explore! We also have a kayak and life jackets available for your use. Play corn hole, spike ball, or try your hand at the monkey rope swing. When the sun goes down, roast smores and tell stories around the firepit. Tech If you're looking to stay connected, the home is equipped with highspeed internet and 3 Roku smart TVs with options for logging into your own favorite streaming apps. The upstairs queen bedroom also features a dedicated workstation.
