Jay is an amazing & friendly host and he’s got a beautiful place in the heart of Colombo, everything’s nearby and walking distance. The apartment is plush and has got a great view of the sea. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Jay is a fantastic host, quickly responds to messages, engages in helping, and provides all the necessary information. Allowing a late check-out greatly facilitated our journey. The apartment is in excellent condition. It is huge, air-conditioned, and clean. There is a nice pool with a paddling pool in the building, and on the top floor, there is a relaxation area with a great view. I highly recommend it; the stay met all our expectations.

It was amazing stay. Everything was great in the apartments. And the host is amazing. He provided early check on for free. Thank you very much. There are also free pool, sauna, gym and amazing chill zone on the 40th floor with blissful view. Highly recommend this place!

Great spacious apartment ; 2 large bedroooms, bathrooms and functional kitchen equipped with basic cooking equipment. Building works still going on in local area but close to mall/ amenities. Pool with kids pool and gym great addition. Jay was an excellent host - he went out of his way to help us in every aspect, from pick up to helping organise childcare with a wonderful nanny. Would recommend staying here as a family and see what Colombo has to offer

Jay’s apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of the ocean. When we had an emergency Jay generously helped us with his own driver. Great value for money!
