The place is cozy, super clean, near to nice hiking trails and even though it can be a bit noisy because of the traffic on the street during the day, mainly when people are going to or coming from work, then it was very calm ar night and we could sleep well keeping the windows open. Some days were rather hot but the temperature inside kept fresh and nice. You can see many sweet details and the whole place feels very homey. The host was quick to respond, very friendly, gave some local tips and everything went great. At the beginning it was a little confusing with online checkin - needing to do that outside of Airbnb app (plan a bit time for it), but all worked out well and we can absolutely recommend this place.
