This includes all rooms, living rooms, kitchen & balcony for exclusive use during your stay. If booked for 2 or fewer persons, 1 room is provided, with the remaining rooms either locked or rented out. Similarly, for 4 persons, 2 rooms are provided, with the rest locked or rented. For 6 persons, 3 rooms are accessible, and for 7 or more persons, all rooms are open. No sharing with other guests for bookings of 7 or more. Access to rooms depends on the number of persons indicated in the booking. ROOMS & WASHROOMS: This space comprises four rooms and four washrooms. Three of the rooms have attached washrooms, while one room has a non-attached washroom conveniently located just a step away. Each room is well-appointed with one or two large windows adorned with curtains, a comfortable sofa with a central table, a study table and chair, a 32-inch TV, wall shelves, and celebrity art paintings. The washrooms are modern and spacious, featuring wall-hanging commodes, granite-fitted washbasins, refreshing showers with hot and cold water, and high-quality branded fittings. LIVING/HALL: This apartment features a spacious 2 ton air-conditioned living area spanning 400 sqft, perfect for family and friends' gatherings. The apartment features a 40/43" smart TV for entertainment purposes. Additionally, there is a 3+1+1 sofa set for lounging and relaxation. The back wall is adorned with geometric wallpaper, providing a Bollywood-themed ambiance. Moreover, all walls are tastefully decorated with high-quality canvases featuring celebrities. Please note that access to the air conditioning in the living room incurs an additional charge of 799 INR per day. DINING AREA: The living room is divided by a beautiful wooden rack, with the other side featuring a dining area complete with a wine glass rack. This setup provides a perfect arrangement for dining and drinking with fine glassware. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a gas connection, fridge, microwave, and cutlery, providing everything you need for your culinary needs. BALCONY: There is a large balcony that offers a delightful view of the road and Upasna Park, allowing for ample sunlight and a pleasant atmosphere. BUILDING: The Balmy BNB Tower 2 is a four-storied building with an elevator. This flat is located at 4th floor. Upon entering the building, there is an open space for parking, as well as a small lobby/reception area with an elevator and staircase. Adjacent to the reception area, there is a seating lounge where guests can sit. SECURITY & SAFETY: You can rest assured about security and safety in this building. Despite being situated on a main 30-feet roadside, there is zero traffic noise, as the area is calm and peaceful. Additionally, there is a jogging and cycling track surrounding the building. To enhance security measures, the building is under CCTV surveillance, providing an added layer of safety for the residents and guests. PARKING RULES: A complimentary parking space for one car is provided at the ground level of the building. However, if you are arriving with more than one car, additional parking can be arranged outside the building. Please note that for any extra cars parked outside, you will be required to pay the parking charges to the authorized parking agency. Over all it was a good experience at the property. We stayed for 9-10 days there. Pros : The host is very friendly and responsive. The property is very spacious with all the amenities. You can ask any additional items and the host is happy to help. Most of the online delivery option, cabs are available till midnight. The kitchen is well set up with all the equipment for cooking, all you need is your own grocery. Place is just 30 mins away from Airport and 10 mins drive to eco park, a major attraction in Kolkata Local new town market is at a walking distance from this place and you will get all the daily needs items if you are here for a long term stay Cons : Although the place has almost everything you need to call it a 2nd home, there are few things that the host should work on - 1. The mattress of the beds are old and uncomfortable. It should be changed 2. RO should be installed in the kitchen to make it a complete package deal 3. Exhaust fan is needed in the Kitchen
Only 1 thing is needed is an exhaust fan or Electric Chimney is very badly needed in the kitchen. Everyone and Everything was up to the mark, very good host and caretaker, having all the facilities. Would like to visit again.
Very good spacious flat. Good locations nearby. Good management and maintained flat. Good for 8 people to have a get together.
The highlight of our space is the location! You'll reach the airport, shopping mall, restaurants, movie hall, salt lake and New Town offices, in about 5 to 20 minutes or less. Perfect for short layovers or if you have work near Rajarhat, Salt Lake, New Town, Airport, etc.
¤ Biswa Bangla Gate (Hanging Restaurant), The Axis shopping mall, Croma, Hard Rock Cafe, Central Mall + multiplex is just a 5 minutes drive. Lots of luxury and local brands, awesome food court, and 4 screens if you wish to see the latest movies. There are several small and big groceries store right in and around the locality as well as bakeries, cafes, etc.
