Enjoy an amazing holiday next to the Seaside. Relax by the beach y and the private swimming pool. The green surroundings and the peaceful location are the perfect combination to all the amenities that the house has to offer. You will have an excellent stay. The privilege of having the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the National Park Tayrona and its wonderful and dazzling beaches make Santa Marta an ideal place to discover and enjoy. We will wait for you. The house has 240m2 and is surrounded by a garden of 30m2 and a private swimming pool and resting area of 70m2 aproximadamente. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, with air conditioning and two bathrooms, as well as a terrace. On the first floor you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning, terrace, private pool, mango trees. The price per night is for 10 people, accommodated in bed. It can handle up to 12 people, with an additional cost of COP$100,000/person/night, in two single trundle beds. The maximum capacity is 12 people. Pets are not allowed.

This is a beautiful, private location. It has a nice pool, easy beach access and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Diana Maria was very gracious, accommodating and offered a home attendant who cooked and cleaned in the daytime. My family had a wonderful time and I definitely recommended her place and places she offers. Thank you Diana Maria.
Muy agradable la estancia, agradable y acogedora la casa, Diana muy atenta , necesitábamos un pastel para el día de la llegada, y ella muy amablemente nos colaboró q estaba riquísima, todas las sugerencias que nos dio , fueron acertadas , la Sra Luz cocina riquísimo y muy cordial , 10/10
Fuimos 3 familias con niños pequeños y el lugar fue perfecto para nosotros. La ubicación es excelente, con piscina y salida al mar directa. La casa está en muy buen estado, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y todas tienen AC. La host Diana estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas y datos clave (supermercado, pescadería, taxista, lancha, etc) Además Luz y su hija nos ayudaron con todo en la casa! Son personas maravillosas y siempre pendientes de todos nosotros. Luz cocina ESPECTACULAR! Sin duda volveremos a quedarnos aquí
What can I say...our stay at Diana's home was wonderful. We had ten guests and a couple of infants and everything was perfect and everybody left extremely happy. Diana was amazing and friendly and met us when we arrived and communicated with us quickly whenever we reached out to her. The house itself was beautiful with it's own private pool and access to the beach. And I have to add that Luz was phenomenal. If you rent this house please enlist Luz's services. She is so friendly and an absolutely unbelievable cook. It was was my first time to Santa Marta and to Colombia and my stay at Diana's property will stay with me forever. I can't wait to come back and stay at Diana's house again. Without a doubt, it was worth every penny. THANK YOU DIANA AND LUZ!!!!

The condominium consists of 27 white houses, Mediterranean type, with a lake and direct access to the sea. It is a quiet, wooded neighborhood where you can hear the birds singing and see iguanas resting around the lake. The beautiful and wide beach will allow you to enjoy long walks and watch beautiful sunsets. The sea is calm and you can see fish jumping at times. Around the condominium, there are buildings and hotels, it is a tourist and housing area.
The house includes the right to use two parking spaces, although they are not specifically assigned. At the front desk, you can request a taxi service to get around the city or its surroundings.
The location of the house is exceptional, with easy access to public transportation (buses and taxis). From here, you can visit the Tayrona National Park, located 30 km away, with its impressive beaches. You can also head to Minca, 21 km away, to explore coffee farms, amazing waterfalls, and enjoy local and international cuisine in a setting of green mountains and cool climate.

Additionally, you can visit the city center, located 11.9 km away, to enjoy the beautiful bay, stroll along the beachfront promenade, explore its streets, and admire its architecture.
