Cool old house that is massive. Great yard and pool. Magdalena was a superb host and very responsive.

THE BEST AirBnB! The photos are accurate (if anything, the house is even more handsome in person), but what really stands out is how well-provisioned and comfortable it is: tons of dishes, cookware, and utensils; ample towels and linens; extremely comfortable beds; two connected dining rooms for large groups; and a nice supply of toys, books, and art supplies for children. Magdalena was also a wonderful, pro-active communicator. We chose the location primarily because it was a roughly equidistant drive for me and three of my college friends to meet up for a long summer weekend with our families, and we were attracted by the big yard, pool, and hot tub. But the walkable small downtown was a plus (the library has great play and craft rooms for kids), and the house is also a convenient drive from Cooperstown, Amish markets, and antique shops. The house would not be suitable for someone with mobility challenges, but otherwise I can't think of a negative. Highly recommended.

No issues. This was a really great place to stay with extended family for our son's graduation from Colgate University. 30 mins away. All the amenities that you need, plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms in the house. Would recommend.

This is an exceptional home with a kind and thoughtful host. We spent a beautiful new year's eve weekend with families from NYC and Toronto, it is a perfect location for a family reunion. We all agreed that this was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’d ever had. The house is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, it felt very much like home. The indoor hot tub, the game room with the Ping-Pong table, and the mini theatre with hundreds of movie collections are the big plus. Magdalena was excellent at communicating and marking out stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you for such a special weekend! We love your home and hope to be back someday soon!
