Location 10/10; prime Phase 2 ground floor unit 20 feet above the beach directly below with just a few steps to the beach and the pools/bar. Massive wraparound deck. You can't get a better located unit at Las Palomas than this one. Condition 4/10; big 4-bedroom 4.5 bathroom unit but it is getting pretty worn down and needs updating. Layout is not as good as other 4-bedroom units we've stayed at in Las Palomas. Many of the light switches did not work. Internet connectivity and speed was not very good. The unit itself was fairly clean (8/10) and there is daily housekeeping included. Value 7/10; given the prime location and large size of the unit, of course it is one of the most expensive at Las Palomas. If the unit was in great condition, updated and in better working condition, then would be a 10/10 for value even at $1000+/night but it's not there yet. Overall: incredible location but pretty worn out. Will stay at other 4-bedroom Las Palomas units until this one is updated.

This place was absolutely amazing! So spacious and had everything we needed. Views were absolutely amazing. Private little walk way down to the beach and pool which was so convenient. Definitely the best condo at Las Palomas. Noemi is always a great host. She was very quick and accommodating when we decided to book an extra night at the last minute. We are totally staying here again!

Location, location, location! Great 4 bedroom condo in prime phase 2 of Las Palomas! I mean literally steps to grills, beach, and pools. Chefs kitchen, however if you’re planning on cooking bring all your spices/oils/foil/storage containers as non provided, however no big issue as Super Ley very close. Cheaper and better than Sam’s! All pots and pans included, knives, coffee pot etc.. best climate controlled condo ever with Google Nests! Naomi was super responsive to my questions. Would def stay again!
