What a cozy cabin! It was super peaceful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the sauna. Deborah was very responsive and accommodating. Close to several State parks with beautiful hiking trails.

Everything was identical to the photo's and correctly described. Deb was very responsive and communicated all the rules, instructions and expectations often both in the listing, communications thru the app and notes around 'Ol Blue. She was friendly and understanding when my Husband was sick. Which we appreciated. We booked this during early spring weather but 5 days before our stay we got snow! which can happen in Minnesota & no fault of our hosts. I did notify her days in advance that we still planned to grill & do a bonfire as it was still nice 40° weather. My only little complaint is that paths to the included amenities weren't cleared. We didn't wear boots and the grill & can of Kindling was In about a foot of snow. So, we skipped grilling and enjoyed our snacks & used the shovel on the front porch to shovel around the firepit & chairs. I was happy there was a shovel but feel like amenities should've been cleared by the hosts. It was an elevated camping experience. We enjoyed.

Very peaceful stay. We went up right after a snow storm and they had everything shoveled and plowed for us so we could get in easily. We couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor amenities because of the snow (so no fires and the shower was closed for the winter), but the cabin was cozy despite the cold. The cabin is truly a tiny place but it was fine for just the two of us and our dogs. We had to get creative for cooking since we didn't want to venture out to use the grill, there's just one hot plate and a toaster inside. It took us a bit longer to cook than usual but I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem in the summer. Bring your own French press or coffee maker since the one provided is tiny, or, take the opportunity to check out the coffee shop in nearby Pine City like we did! The place is dog friendly but they do require dogs to be on a leash outside.
