We had a lovely time at Qusai‘s tidy and spacious apartment. It is in walking distance to the marina and yummy restaurants.

PLUS -Al Mouj: safe community; walking distance: Marina, groceries, cafes, restaurants, small mall w/ dry cleaning, beauty salons, medical center, music lessons, yoga studio, gym, $ exchange, pharmacy, Borders Books, outdoor heated pool behind the building, short walk to beach; 5 different restaurants (15% discount) within Kempinski (alcohol) -easy to get OTaxi (use app $) -high-end linens and towels; nice furnishings, tastefully decorated -solid fast wifi for work/ stream videos - Qusai is a nice guy; speaks perfect English; very helpful MINUS -noisy, screaming neighbors & busy street -cleaner needed (despite "Serviced apt" title) -slow to respond (travels 4 work) maintenance issues; needs a co-host -SMART TV was not "smart" -re-arranged my schedule to accommodate maintenance repairs: AC filters, new thermostat, plugged sink, holes in screen -jacuzzi stayed hot 10 mins; wasn't cleaned regularly; then motor stopped 2 wks b/4 I left -mold in bathroom ceiling -garden, not Marina view

large well set up apartment with shared pool behind building, (you need key card for access). turn left out of side building exit and walk for a few hundred metres then turn left at first alley for pool; keep going around park and you reach the Marina and cafes). Good place to stay and good value for money. Great comfortable King bed!

Qusai is a wonderful host! He's friendly, responsive to any query, and made the whole process of check in smooth. We really appreciated how he went above and beyond to help us out with a small issue we ran into during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and well furnished, very clean, spacious and has all sorts of amenities. Moreover, it's located in a wonderful community in Muscat. I'd definitely recommend this place to family and friends :)

Appartement impeccable , propre , calme , literie top . Propriétaire très amical. Piscine dans la résidence . Acces facile en voiture . Restos sympas . Proche de la Marina pour les sorties bateau. Je recommande ce quartier pour visiter Mascate. Mieux que Qurum je trouve .
