It’s little hard to get to but absolutely worth it. One of the best spots to be in. And caretakers food was delicious! They were kind and willing to help.
We had a very pleasant stay. The place has a mesmerising view and is spacious. Just like photos. Staff took care of us very well. Food was delicious and served on time. Tea was lovely. We really enjoyed it!
The food was just great. Very helpful staff and great cook. Food they made was excellent. Only one thing i felt, that the package included breakfast but when i paid for groceries it felt i paid for the same as well. Basically you pay for even the gas thats used and petrol which they use to go and buy stuff. That i felt is little cheap when your charging so much for the stay. When you are charging 66k for 2 nights which is as good as a five star hotel deals including all meals, one should not be paying for gas and petrol used to buy groceries. The place is excellent otherwise, little expensive but still a great experience.
Arowana Chalet is a haven amongst beautiful surroundings. Perfect for family or friends gatherings. Deviram, Amol and Yogita are great caretakers and cooks. The food and especially the tea was on point. I would highly recommend this place.
Our stay at the Arowana Chalet has been truly wonderful and we came back loaded with a ton of warm memories. The first obvious feature of the place is the sitout and the view it opens up to. The pictures posted are not an exaggeration and the view is really quite something there. If there is anything that beats this view, it is the caretaker team at the property - Deviram, Amol and his family have been wonderful hosts and they saw to it that all our needs are addressed. The food they prepared was amazing and diverse - in our 3 nights of stay there, we covered rotis, dosas, vadas, pav-bhaji, puri, poha, and many delicious curries that they prepared effortlessly. They also did a great job with the barbecue, treating us to pretty tasty chicken, panneer and veggies. Getting to the property was a minor put off due to the bad condition of the roads in many places but once we are there, everything was super positive. Asis was very responsive and accommodating. This property is a must do!
