To consider, the water heater is good for maybe (1) warm shower, on it's highest setting, which you should check when you arrive, adjust accordingly. The 2nd Bath shower has a storage closet/pantry/empty installed in it's place (odd), so no worries on (2) showering at the same time, hence the HWH issue. I'm guessing this an empty apt waiting for it's next tenant. Differed maintenance required throughout, otherwise we get what we pay for.
